What Are Not Allowed on SwappyVerse?

To safeguard and ensure a peaceful experience for all users of our app Swappyverse, where anyone can post and exchange/swap unique items, certain ads are not allowed. It may seem trivial, but it’s worth remembering. Contents must comply with the Community Guidelines and Terms and Conditions of Use. Otherwise, the ad will be deleted, and no one will be able to view it. Also, please note that we do not allow the posting of illegal products. If a person repeatedly disregards the rules, we may disable their account.

We reserve the right to redefine items that can or cannot be placed on SwappyVerse. If we find that certain items violate our terms, we may remove them, even if they are not listed below.

Below is a list of products you cannot post on Swappyverse. Please note that we continuously update this list:

Duplicate Listings

  • Posting the same product multiple times on our app if it is active or placing the same product on more than one account is not allowed.
  • Duplicate ads are considered when the same item or service is offered in different listings. Posting the same items on the same account or different accounts is considered spam.
  • In case of non-compliance, we will proceed with the suspension or deletion of the ads or account. The fee paid for the premium service regarding the accounts on which we take action cannot be refunded or credited to your account. This policy ensures users have an optimal experience and enables all registered users to access a wide range of products from more users, promoting ethical exchange.

Prohibited Items

  • Body parts or simulations of the human body, bodily fluids, or human remains.
  • Equipment or products owned by the State received through government assistance.
  • Locked mobile devices.
  • External wallets for storing cryptocurrencies.
  • Presale or reservation of sold-out products.
  • Promotion of presale or reservation of products outside the application.
  • Emulators or other software that allows running a program on a device it was not designed for.
  • Set-top boxes, Raspberry Pi, or Kodi technology programmed for illegal use.
  • Items related to or recovered from natural disasters, crime scenes, accidents, or tragedies.
  • SIM cards or prepaid cellphone numbers.
  • Stolen items.
  • Radar or frequency jamming devices.
  • Gold or silver bars.
  • Lock-picking tools or master keys.

Unhealthy Products

  • Used products requiring sterilization (e.g., unsealed and/or used needles, unsealed menstrual cups, and body-injectable items).
  • Unwashed or dirty items, clothing, towels, sheets, etc.
  • Unsealed and/or used cosmetics or perfumery items.
  • Medical surgical materials.
  • Professional medical equipment.
  • Used underwear.

Virtual Goods

  • Digital content or other non-physical items.
  • Digital software or digital licenses.
  • Any type of ticket, subscription, or membership, including event tickets and transport tickets.
  • Gift cards.
  • Game coins and web coins.
  • E-books.
  • Stocks or shares.
  • Subscriptions to channels, websites, or other memberships.
  • Cryptocurrencies.

Counterfeiting and Intellectual Property

  • Any product that has been illegally replicated, reproduced, or manufactured.
  • Violation of intellectual or industrial property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, counterfeiting, or trade secrets.
  • Software redistribution services that require a license.
  • Modified electronic products.
  • Photocopies of books, brochures, or competition programs.
  • Equipment or materials used to produce counterfeit items.

Consumer Goods

  • Food and beverages.
  • Tobacco and related products.

Drugs and Medical Products

  • Prescription or medically prescribed medicines.
  • Illegal or recreational drugs.
  • Marijuana seeds.
  • Over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
  • Condoms, preservatives, lubricants, stimulating gels, and delaying gels.
  • Urine drug test kits.
  • Surgical implants or devices requiring surgery or insertion into the body.
  • Products that must be applied by a healthcare professional.
  • Self-diagnosis medical products.
  • Flea collars and pipettes for animals.

Inconsistent Listings

  • Inaccurate or improperly depicting the offered product.
  • False, dishonest, ambiguous, incorrect, or misleading content.
  • Animals and Animal Byproducts.
  • Any living animals (including corals).
  • Any ivory and derivatives.
  • Skins of threatened or protected species.
  • Horns and bones of animals.
  • Garments made from skins of endangered animals.
  • Training collars, anti-bark collars.
  • Taxidermied animals, excluding collectible insects.
  • Hunting traps and capture cages.

Seeking/Buying

  • Search ads (buying, seeking, etc.).
  • Images.
  • Visual content related to an individual under 18 in a compromising situation.
  • Listings using stock images and/or supplier photos.

Links and Advertising

  • Links redirecting traffic to other websites or applications.
  • Ads whose sole purpose is to promote a user’s profile or promote multiple products/services simultaneously.
  • Unsolicited advertising or promotions, pyramid schemes, donation requests, or spam.

Weapons and Other Dangerous Items

  • Hunting knives or pocket knives with a blade longer than 10 cm.
  • Knives with automatic opening systems or one-handed (spring-loaded, folding, etc.).
  • All firearms, ammunition, and accessories.
  • Self-defense weapons.
  • Products recalled by a manufacturer or government agency.
  • Airsoft, BB guns, or similar toy weapons.
  • Long-range or potentially dangerous lasers.
  • Tear gas.
  • Stun guns or tasers.
  • Tools for theft.
  • Hazardous materials such as carcinogens, fuels, explosive precursors, ozone-depleting substances, poisons, radioactive materials, and items containing or releasing such substances. This includes, but is not limited to, any type of fuel and butane canisters.

Adult Content

  • Sexual content of any kind (images and/or descriptions). Therefore, ads related to sex, eroticism, or fetishism, hentai comics or pornographic videos, as well as content related to sexual massages, companionship, and/or prostitution, are not allowed.
  • Nudity of individuals with visible genitals, female nipples, or anus.
  • Adult toys and related accessories used for sexual purposes.

Prohibited Services

  • Services that are illegal in themselves or may involve illegal activities.
  • Exchange of real or virtual currency. Collectible coins are allowed.
  • Betting services.
  • Aesthetic treatment services that must be performed by healthcare professionals.
  • Unregistered healthcare professionals without a registration number.
  • Black magic, tarot reading, voodoo, or similar services.
  • Electronic device modification services.
  • Lending services.
  • Financing services.
  • Gambling services.
  • Services for the sale or purchase of social media account or followers, YouTube channels, websites, domains, etc.
  • Affiliate services, pyramid schemes, or similar services.
  • Trader, tipster, and sports betting advisory services.
  • Leveling services in electronic games.
  • Driver/taxi services.
  • Car rental services for tobacco.
  • Insurance and real estate consultants.
  • Services for the preparation of housing contracts, timeshares, or registration of censuses.
  • Government-regulated services.
  • Job offers without a title, specifications, and terms of employment.
  • Escort services.
  • Hunting services.

Offensive Material

  • Any form of discrimination, intolerance, and/or racial insults.
  • Content that promotes, supports, commemorates, or endorses hatred or violence against a group of people based on race, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disability, or other forms of discriminatory intolerance.
  • Items that incite violence against people, animals, or things.
  • Jokes or content containing insults.
